01 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account with wj7 and access any real-money feature of the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. wj7 does not permit access to players under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of any current or former employee of wj7 or any of its partner game providers.
• You are not located in, or operating as a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction in which access to online gaming is specifically and explicitly prohibited by applicable law as it applies to you personally.
• You have not previously had a wj7 account closed or suspended for a breach of these Terms.
• All personal information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

wj7 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.

02 Account Verification (KYC)

wj7 is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a Bangladeshi authority.
• Proof of your current residential address, such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit, such as a bKash or Nagad account statement matching the mobile number registered on your wj7 account.
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if requested by the wj7 compliance team.

wj7 may suspend withdrawal rights until KYC verification is complete. Any attempt to circumvent the KYC process, including submitting forged or altered documents, will result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the wj7 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). wj7 does not accept or issue payments in any foreign currency. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. wj7 does not impose a maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment providers such as bKash and Nagad may enforce their own transaction limits.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be declined automatically.
• wj7 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer) are the sole responsibility of the account holder.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering ("AML") policy. Withdrawal to a payment method not previously used for deposit is not permitted.
• wj7 targets a processing time of under five minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business days.
• wj7 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for accounts that have not yet completed full KYC or for withdrawal amounts significantly above the account's historical average.
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal is approved.

04 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

wj7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible account holders, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement before the bonus expiry date results in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active on a wj7 account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus is active is not permitted unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not available for withdrawal until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• wj7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. In the event of cancellation of an active bonus, any wagering already completed toward the requirement will be credited pro-rata where technically feasible.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, exploiting bonus terms through coordinated or systematic wagering, or using automated software to clear wagering requirements, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• wj7 reserves the right to require a minimum deposit before any bonus is credited. The minimum qualifying deposit amount will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.

05 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply specifically to sports betting markets available on wj7, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers ODI and Test matches), football, kabaddi, tennis, and any other sport offered on the platform from time to time:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed on the wj7 platform at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked and cannot be altered.
• wj7 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement, regardless of the odds displayed.
• In the event that a match or sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before reaching its natural completion, wj7 will apply the settlement rules published for that specific market type. Pre-match bets on incomplete matches are typically voided and stakes returned unless stated otherwise in the market rules.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at the sole discretion of wj7's trading team, including during natural breaks in play, on receipt of a significant wager, or in response to market movements.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market type. wj7 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any account at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Any bet placed through automated means, scripts, or betting bots is strictly prohibited and will result in settlement at wj7's discretion and potential account suspension.

06 Casino and Game Rules

All casino games available on wj7, including live dealer games, slots, crash games, and fish shooting titles, are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and others. The following conditions apply to all casino game activity on wj7:

• All casino games on wj7 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics that are independently audited by the respective game provider. wj7 does not alter, influence, or interfere with the outcome of any game.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, wj7's system will complete the round using the last confirmed bet state. The result will be recorded in the game round history accessible from your account dashboard. wj7 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per game round are set by the game provider and displayed within the game interface before any bet is placed. These limits may differ from any general account betting limits applied by wj7.
• Any malfunction of the gaming software voids all pays and plays for the affected round. In the event of a confirmed software malfunction, affected wagers will be refunded to the player's wj7 account balance within 72 hours.
• Crash games, including Aviator by Spribe, operate on a provably fair basis. The outcome of each round is determined before the round begins and can be independently verified using the seed values published within the game interface.

07 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

wj7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base in Bangladesh. The following tools and protections are available to all account holders at no charge via the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit into your wj7 account. Deposit limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 48-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Set a ceiling on the total amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once your loss limit is reached, betting is suspended until the limit resets at the start of the next period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive an on-screen notification after a defined period of continuous play has elapsed, reminding you of the total time you have been logged into the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Immediately and permanently restrict your access to your wj7 account for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests submitted to [email protected] are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from wj7 by activating a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account remains open but login access is suspended.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the wj7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening more than one account on wj7, whether under your own identity or through the identity of another person.
• Using the wj7 platform for money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, betting market, or tournament offered on wj7.
• Using automated software, betting bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the wj7 platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing errors in betting markets for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided and the relevant stakes returned.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit the terms of promotional offers or guarantee a risk-free profit at wj7's expense.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or payment method ownership during the KYC process.
• Accessing the wj7 platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is specifically and explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wj7 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the wj7 platform, including but not limited to the wj7 brand name, logo, website design, colour scheme, page layouts, promotional graphics, written content, and software code, is the exclusive intellectual property of wj7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wj7 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the wj7 platform without prior written consent from wj7.

Game content, including game assets, animations, audio, and mathematics, is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, etc.) and is protected separately under those providers' licensing agreements with wj7.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

wj7 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering an account with wj7, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by wj7 is used exclusively for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, verifying your identity, delivering promotional communications where you have opted in, and complying with any applicable legal obligations. wj7 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wj7 shall not be liable to any account holder or third party for any of the following:

• Any loss of funds arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or service interruptions outside of wj7's direct control.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to access, the wj7 platform.
• Any loss arising from the actions of third-party game providers, including but not limited to software malfunctions, game rule changes, or provider service outages.
• Any unauthorised access to your wj7 account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any financial decisions you make based on information, odds, statistics, or content displayed on the wj7 platform.

In all cases where wj7 is found liable, its maximum aggregate liability to any single account holder shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that account holder in the twelve calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

wj7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other prohibited activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider relating to a deposit made to the account.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• A request by the account holder for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, wj7 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no breach is ultimately substantiated, any withheld balance attributable to real-money deposits (net of withdrawals) will be returned to the account holder via the last verified payment method.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the wj7 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and wj7, you agree to first contact the wj7 support team at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period of no less than 30 days for the dispute to be resolved through direct correspondence before pursuing any other avenue.

wj7 maintains a formal complaints procedure. Any complaint submitted to [email protected] will be acknowledged within 48 hours and a substantive response provided within 14 days. Complex disputes may take longer to investigate, in which case wj7 will provide regular status updates.
